Vancouver Entrepreneurs Toastmasters Club holds its meetings every week from 7:00pm to 9:00 at 300-755 Burrard Street in downtown Vancouver. The atmosphere is warm, friendly and supportive yet professional and disciplined. We strictly adhere to an agenda calibrated in minutes. Each meeting features:

• Between 3 and 6 prepared speeches each 4 to 7 minutes long (these are videotaped and played back after the meeting to help the speaker self-evaluate)
• Evaluations of these speeches
• Between 10 and 20 impromptu speeches (called Table Topics) each 2 minutes long
• A Business Meeting in which Roberts Rules of Order are demonstrated
• A formal toast
• Networking before and after (members and guests are advised to arrive at 6:30pm and stay until 9:30pm to capture these networking opportunities)
• Role descriptions
• Guest introductions
• Announcements
• Prepare for the next weekly meeting
